Collab | The Body Systems
Do you ever feel like you know how your iPhone works better than you do your own body? Seriously I actually do sometimes! This four part workshop is here to change that! A carefully curated series featuring gentle yoga practices and explorations of the structure and function of the body in the stunning surrounds of Grey Lynn's Movement Lab.
Did I mention it's on a Sunday Evening, I couldn't think of a better way to seal off a Sunday and start a fresh new week!
We ran these sold out sessions twice last year + they were absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a deeper connection and gratitude for self and spending time in the company of like-minded woman, these sessions are for you.
Here's what some of the babes who attended had to say about their experience:
"The Body Systems Sessions changed my view on my body, biology, and even my beliefs. A class I seriously wish they taught in the school of life. Less about the yogi'ness and more about the purpose!"
- Emma Mildon, Spiritual PA + Author
"Thank you Abbylee and Twyla for your amazing Body Sessions classes, I looked forward to them every week and felt truly rejuvenated after each session. I loved the mix of learning about the amazing systems of my body and the yoga which you made so fun. And of course, the famous lavender vanilla head massages at the end of class were magic! Abbylee & Twyla, you make an amazing team and have a truly special balance of energies - Thank you!"
- Imogen Shephard, PR Goddess
"I’d always been a casual yogi but had never committed to a weekly workshop until I did the Body Systems sessions with Abbylee and Twyla. I was a bit nervous at first, because I knew the classes would be small – and this little introvert gets a little bit freaked out by small gatherings with unfamiliar faces sometimes. But I needn’t have worried in the slightest! From the get-go Abbylee and Twyla were warm, welcoming, and made us all feel completely at ease and an integral part of the awesome group of women around us. Each session focused on a different part and function of the body – so not only were we developing our yoga skills, but we were learning all about our incredible bodies and how they worked at the same time. Such a fun, beautiful and powerful way to start a Sunday!"
- Lucy Slight, Large Domestic Cat Lover + Writter
